Well, now this makes two morning in a row with no sunrise pictures...
I'm thinking this means I was getting really settled in by now
and just enjoyed it without taking out a camera.
As always my feathered friends know where to find the cheese crackers.
B. heard about a nail salon from our Property Manager, Debbie, he knew mine were chipping and told me where it was and suggested I go.
Can't turn that down so I found out they were open at 9 and headed
right over. I did not make an appointment but got in pretty quick.
I loved the ladies there, and it was a very relaxing laid back morning.
It is Kahana Nails, on the Lower Road and very easy to find.
We keep hearing about Kahekili Beach Park, another place we have never been
so we headed there to snorkel and have some beach time.
It is beautiful here and it is so easy to park and walk to the beach!
It amazes me how many fabulous places there are to see here,
so many beaches.... we will just have to keep coming back.
Today is mostly snorkeling pictures. Sorry I don't have fish labeled, I
am thinking I may come back and do that later.
I followed all these fish for so long! It was really cool, sadly B. missed them.
I think we snorkeled around and hour and a half to an hour 45 minutes;
seemed that was about our average time out.
We really saw a lot that day, I am glad we went there!
We hung out on the beach a LONG time that day, it was beautiful out
and we really didn't want to move.
I miss this so much; I wish I was sitting in the sunshine on Maui right now.
...I am imagining my feet in the sand right now. sssshhhhh
We watched this dog out with his person snorkeling for quite a while, the coolest part was when they came back in; when the guy got closer in to shore he started taking of his snorkel gear and handing it over to the dog who took it back in for him and then would come back for more.
It was cool and made me miss my dogs at home a little bit.
It was a beautiful day, the sun rays were amazing again like they
were in last night's sunset photos, it was incredible!
When we got back I enjoyed the sunset on the lanai and B. grilled the mahi mahi for me and burgers for himself.
The fish was delicious! He also fixed me more of the sweet potato from the Ranch!
...next up Hyundai Tournament of Champions
